The FHS baseball team competes in the class A South region. The varsity team plays a 16 game regular season schedule against teams that may include:

The FHS baseball program consists of 2 teams: Varsity and Junior Varsity. Generally, the Varsity and Junior Varsity teams will play the same opponent at the same time on fields that are located near each other. For the 2022 season, the teams will again compete against the entire SMAA region.
The FHS varsity team won the State Championship in 2012, They were the Western Maine Champion and state runner-up in 2016 and 2017.
With an emphasis on academics, community service and athletics, the Falmouth High School baseball players have logged hundreds of hours helping the community and the team maintains a collectively high GPA each year.
